Personal data processing policy

Effective November 2, 2026

This policy is issued under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015) and other Colombian personal data protection rules.

Super Fraps Company S.A.S., Colombian company with tax ID (NIT) 901.454.303-3, which operates the Tropic Valleys — Multibrand Exports commercial platform (hereinafter, “Tropic Valleys”).

2. Data we collect

The data you voluntarily give us through the quote form, WhatsApp, email or social media: name, company, country, email, phone and any commercial information in your message (products, volumes, markets). We do not request sensitive data.

3. Purposes

• Answer requests for catalogs, quotes, samples or private label.
• Share with the cluster's manufacturing companies the information needed to prepare your quote and fulfill your order.
• Manage the business relationship: follow-up, export documents, shipping and after-sales service.
• Send you commercial information about the cluster's products and brands, which you can opt out of at any time.
• Respond to companies interested in joining the cluster.
• Comply with legal obligations and requests from authorities.

4. Your rights

As the data subject you may: access, update and correct your data; request proof of the authorization you gave; be informed of how we use it; file complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC); revoke the authorization or request deletion when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it; and access it free of charge.

5. Inquiries and claims

Write to info@superfraps.com with your name, your request and a way to reply. Inquiries are answered within ten (10) business days, extendable by five (5); claims within fifteen (15) business days, extendable by eight (8), as provided by Law 1581 of 2012.

6. Data transmission and transfer

Your data may be shared with the cluster's manufacturing companies for the purposes above and processed by technology providers (web hosting, messaging and email) that may have servers outside Colombia. As an export platform, we also handle data of buyers located in other countries.

7. Security and retention

We apply reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, use or loss. We keep it for as long as the business relationship lasts and as required by law.

8. Minors

This site is aimed at businesses and does not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

Any substantial change will be published on this page with its effective date.

Privacy notice

Super Fraps Company S.A.S., Colombian company with tax ID (NIT) 901.454.303-3, which operates the Tropic Valleys — Multibrand Exports commercial platform, is responsible for the personal data collected through tropicvalleys.com, WhatsApp, email and social media.

We use your data to answer business requests, prepare quotes with the cluster's manufacturing companies, manage orders and send you commercial information. You can access, update, correct and delete your data or revoke your authorization by writing to info@superfraps.com.

Terms and conditions of use

1. Purpose of the site

tropicvalleys.com is an informational site for buyers, importers and distributors interested in Colombian food from the cluster's brands. It is not an online store and does not sell directly through the site.

2. Product information

Descriptions, photos and pack sizes are for reference only. Prices, minimum quantities, Incoterms, lead times, certifications and specifications are confirmed in writing in each quote, with information from each manufacturer. Nothing published here is a binding offer.

3. Trademarks and intellectual property

Brands, logos and product photos belong to their respective owners. The contents of this site may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without authorization. Some ambient photos come from Unsplash and are used with credit to their authors.

4. External links

The site links to brand websites, WhatsApp and Instagram. We are not responsible for the content or policies of third-party sites.

5. Liability

We strive to keep the information current and accurate, but it may contain errors or omissions. Each manufacturer is responsible for the quality, regulatory compliance and safety of its products, as agreed in each negotiation.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

Cookie policy

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• Technical browser storage: we store a minimal value (no personal information) to check whether a new version of the site exists and always show you up-to-date content.
• Hosting security: our hosting provider may use technical cookies to protect the site against malicious traffic.
• Third-party content: some images load from Unsplash, and the WhatsApp and Instagram buttons take you to those services, which apply their own policies.

If we enable analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
